Recipe corrections

If a timing, quantity or temperature looks wrong — or was wrong when you cooked it — please say so, and mention which recipe and what happened. Corrections are made to the page itself and the update date is changed, so you can see when something was revised.

Questions about a recipe

Substitutions, equipment, scaling up or down: ask. If the same question comes up more than once it usually ends up in that recipe's questions section, which helps the next person.

Permissions and reuse

You are welcome to cook these recipes, print them for yourself, and link to them. Please do not republish full recipe text on another site. If you want to reference a recipe, a link and a short quote is fine and appreciated. For anything else, ask first.

Response time

This is a small site run alongside other work. Expect a reply within about a week; a correction that affects a live recipe gets handled faster than that.
